The past few years brought the world unexpected challenges, but it also brought Ground Zero unexpected opportunities. The pandemic created a unique window of time to slow down fast paced youth ministry and corporately seek God on future growth and direction. One of our key takeaways in looking ahead was the need to increase staff to bring Ground Zero into a place of greater Kingdom Impact. As we launch into this new and exciting season of ministry, we are prayerfully recruiting a team of individuals who love God, love teenagers and want to do youth ministry in a very unique way! Ground Zero is located in downtown Myrtle Beach where over 2,000 teens and their families are unreached and underserved. The lives of those residing within 5 miles of our venue are marked by poverty, single parent homes, low educational attainment, hunger, substance abuse and violence. We are so blessed to have the platform to serve unchurched youth, while at the same time walking alongside youth workers in the local church to equip and encourage them and their students!

We are looking for individuals who like challenges, thrive in a creative environment, desire to be part of a cohesive team and seek to implement effective and excellent strategies to make a positive impact in the lives of today's teenagers, cultivating their faith and transforming their futures!
