This Week @ iGROW:
As we attempt to tell the big-picture story of Scripture, we’ll inevitably have to leave out some details and condense others. This is one of those moments where we’re going to fast-forward over an important aspect of Israel’s history: namely, the role of the prophets. There’s simply no way to cover the entire amazing ministry the prophets undertook. But we’re going to get the chance to teach all about Jeremiah and how his message to the Israelites represented the ministry of the prophets in general. We will also understand how we are called to be like the prophets in our own way, telling the world about the good news of the Gospel.

The Thread Overview
So many teenagers simply don’t have a grasp of the narrative of the Bible. Key characters. Key events. Few students understand how these elements fit into the story of God and His people. The Thread aims to change this. In The Thread you will learn what the Gospel is, and how it courses through the narrative of Scripture. Not only will you learn the story of the Bible, but you will see that it is a story of unfailing love, as God seeks the beginning of Creation to draw humankind to Him through the grace of the Gospel.

What is iGROW?
iGrow is a weekly experience that helps teenagers grow in their faith and understanding of God’s Word while connecting with others on the same faith journey. Each teenager also has an opportunity to be in an iGroup, which are consistent, dedicated groups of teenagers that are led by caring adults. iGrow gives teenagers a chance to build safe relationships and navigate faith and life together. In addition, teenagers have opportunities to participate in outings to strengthen relationships throughout the year.
