Middle & High School Students

GZi is a high-energy weekly gathering that is all about building relationships. You can hang out with your friends, make new friends, enjoy a live DJ, grab "free" food in Top Nosh, get a "free" coffee drink in the GZ Coffee Shop and engage in interactive experiences. You will also hear from a dynamic communicator about a relevant topic or issue teenagers face.  Ground Zero is the place to be each Wednesday, a place where you can belong and grow in a supportive fun environment.

Joy

Joy. It's a good word - a happy word. But it's often confused with the word happiness. Happiness depends on circumstances, like a fun event or good news. and it can feel just out of reach when things go wrong. Joy, however, is different. As promised in the Bible, joy isn't tied to emotions or situations. It's rooted in Christ - real, solid and lasting - so it endured through fear, pain and chanllenges, offering hope no matter what life brings.

This Week: See Joy

 

Paul's journey from a black-and-white life to a full-color life didn't happen without challenges. However, the key to Paul's joy, especially when he faced challenging circumstances, was how he chose to see it. And like Paul, we find true joy when we see our circumstances through God instead of the other way around.
