A few months ago, we ventured on a God-sized staff search. The pandemic gave us a unique window of opportunity to pause and dream about the future of Ground Zero. One of our key takeaways in looking at 2021 and beyond was the need to increase staff to bring the ministry into a place of greater Kingdom Impact.

We are so excited to announce that two of the positions have been filled!

Carlee Harrington stepped into her role of Outreach Director at Ground Zero. Carlee is a recent graduate from Central Michigan University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Event Management. She raised her own salary support and made the move a few weeks ago. She is so excited to be using her skills for a mission she fully believes in. Carlee is responsible for creating, planning, and implementing life-changing ministry and outreach activities alongside GZ team members and volunteers.

Stephanie Sebring joined Ground Zero as our Director of Communications. Originally from Ohio, Stephanie's experience spans private and public sectors, as well as Functional Medicine and Sports Nutrition and Training. A mother of six children and three grandchildren, Stephanie's desire to see young people thrive brought her as a volunteer, but her passion for the ministry Ground Zero has inspired her to seek a more active role within the organization. Stephanie is responsible for securing financial sponsorships for ministry programs and leading communication initiatives with community partners.

Join us in praying for Carlee and Stephanie!
